Expert Appraisal: For items outside our expertise, we engage an outside appraiser (at our own expense) to ensure maximum proceeds. We welcome your input on these specific items.

Advertising and Marketing

Communications Vehicles: We use a variety of platforms including social media, email, local, regional, and national estate sale websites, and local newspapers when necessary.
Promotion: Your sale will be promoted on the Rare Find Estate Sales website, Facebook page, social media channels, and direct to our mailing list of subscribers.
Signage: If permitted by local ordinances, we will place directional signage to guide customers to your sale.

Organizing and Staging

Utilization of Available Resources: We will use any available shelving, tables, and display areas. Additional tables, shelving systems, and display cases will be provided as needed to properly showcase items and maximize sales.

Home Protection Measures

Floor Protection: We will use ram board or floor runners for hardwood flooring and adhering plastic for carpeted areas and rugs.
Wall and Railing Protection: Insulation paneling will protect stairwell walls, and moving blankets will cover railings.
Door Protection: Large heavy items will be moved by professionals, and moving blankets will protect all doors.
Overall Protection: With our moving background experience, we will ensure your home is protected throughout the entire process.
